Shipping Information

1. Shipping Destinations
At this time, we ship exclusively within the United States, including all 50 states. We do not currently ship to US territories, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses. International shipping will be made available in a future update.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of receipt. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
3. Shipping Carriers
We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Carrier selection is at our discretion to ensure the most reliable delivery.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.
5. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are unable to change an address after the order has been dispatched. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment at your cost.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your building management first. If the package cannot be located, contact us at info@safetee-golf.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
We are not responsible for packages that are stolen after delivery is confirmed. We recommend shipping to a secure location.
7. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@safetee-golf.com with photos of the damaged packaging and product. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
