Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Items that have been used, washed, or show signs of wear are not eligible for return.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email us at info@safetee-golf.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Do not ship items back without first receiving return authorization from us. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or the wrong item was sent. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective product, wrong item shipped). If you received free shipping on your order, the actual outbound shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for a different size or for a replacement of a defective item. To request an exchange, contact us at info@safetee-golf.com with your order number and the details of the exchange you need. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
6. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@safetee-golf.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
7. Non-Returnable Items
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Items that have been used, washed, or are not in their original condition.
- Items not in original packaging.
- Gift cards or promotional items.
